ERP Deployment

The Trust was established in 1908 in the presence and with the blessing of Shri Gajanan Maharaj himself. He had himself told the place of his Samadhi and exact date day of Samadhi. Under his own guidance some rules and regulations were formed and the Trust was registered on 12-09-1908.

SSGMS has its Head Office at Shegaon Dist Buldhana India and Nine branches at Pandharpur,Aalandi,Omkareshwar,Adgaon,Tribakeshawar,Kapidhar,Akoli,Aanad sagar and Girda in Maharastra.

The managing committee of the Trust recognized,
that manual practices for managing sales, purchase and accounting operations resulted in lower productivity and affected the service response time despite the high-caliber administrative expertise of its staff.

This called for a solution that would simplify processes, enhance operational efficiency, minimize the cycle-time involved in transaction processing and ease the work pressure on its staff.

The managing committee also recognized that transparent financial reporting was important to bolster the confidence of its stakeholders in the activities of the Trust.

An ERP system was the need of the hour to significantly raise the bar of transparency and accountability.

The management committee selected SAP ERP 5.0.
